KitKit Connection Problems

Can't find AdKiit in the app store

The AdKiit app might not be visible in search results or app listings.

Solutions:

  • • Use the direct installation link from our Kit setup guide
  • • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • • Make sure you're logged into the correct Kit account
  • • Search for "AdKiit" exactly (case-sensitive)

Authorization failed or was rejected

The OAuth authorization process didn't complete successfully.

Solutions:

  • • Make sure you clicked "Allow" during the authorization process
  • • Check that you're logged into Kit with the correct account
  • • Try the authorization process again from the beginning
  • • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily

No publications found after connection

Your Kit account appears to be connected, but no publications are available.

Solutions:

  • • Make sure you have at least one active Kit account
  • • Check that your account has the necessary permissions
  • • Try refreshing the connection in our platform
  • • Contact Kit support if your account seems restricted

Beehiiv Issues

BeehiivBeehiiv API Key Problems

API key not working or invalid

The API key you entered is not being accepted by our system.

Solutions:

  • • Double-check that you copied the complete API key (no missing characters)
  • • Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end
  • • Verify the API key is from the correct Beehiiv workspace
  • • Generate a new API key if the old one might be expired

Can't find API settings in Beehiiv

Unable to locate the API settings section in your Beehiiv dashboard.

Solutions:

  • • Use the direct link: app.beehiiv.com/settings/workspace/api
  • • Navigate to Settings > Workspace > API in your Beehiiv dashboard
  • • Make sure you have admin permissions in your Beehiiv workspace
  • • Try logging out and back into Beehiiv

Invalid Facebook Pixel ID

The Facebook Pixel ID you entered is not valid or cannot be found.

Solutions:

  • • Verify the Pixel ID in Facebook Ads Manager > Events Manager
  • • Make sure you're using the correct 15-digit Pixel ID
  • • Check that the Pixel is active and properly configured
  • • Ensure you have admin access to the Facebook Pixel

Facebook Access Token expired or invalid

The Facebook Access Token is not working for API calls.

Solutions:

  • • Generate a new Access Token from Facebook Business Manager
  • • Make sure the token has the correct permissions (ads_management)
  • • Check that the token hasn't expired (system user tokens last longer)
  • • Verify you're using a system user token, not a personal token

Events not showing up in Facebook

Your setup appears correct, but events aren't appearing in Facebook Events Manager.

Solutions:

  • • Events can take 15-30 minutes to appear in Facebook
  • • Check that your webhook events are properly configured
  • • Verify that your newsletter is generating the tracked events
  • • Test with a simple event like a newsletter signup

Webhooks not being created

The webhook setup process is failing or not completing.

Solutions:

  • • Check that your newsletter platform connection is still active
  • • Verify that your account has webhook permissions
  • • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your newsletter platform
  • • Make sure you've selected at least one event to track

Events not being received

Webhooks are set up but events aren't being processed.

Solutions:

  • • Check if your newsletter platform is actually triggering events
  • • Verify that the webhook URLs are correct and accessible
  • • Look for any error messages in your publication settings
  • • Test with a manual action in your newsletter platform

Event delivery delays

Events are being processed but with significant delays.

Solutions:

  • • Some delay is normal - events can take 5-15 minutes to process
  • • Check if there are any system status issues
  • • Large batches of events may take longer to process
  • • Contact support if delays are consistently over 30 minutes

Login or authentication problems

Unable to log in or stay logged in to our platform.

Solutions:

  • • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • • Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  • • Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • • Check if you're using the correct email address

Settings not saving or loading

Changes to your publication settings aren't being saved.

Solutions:

  • • Refresh the page and try again
  • • Make sure you clicked the save button
  • • Check your internet connection
  • • Try using a different browser

Dashboard not loading or showing errors

The dashboard page is not loading correctly or showing error messages.

Solutions:

  • • Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  • • Clear your browser cache
  • • Check if there are any system maintenance notices
  • • Try accessing from a different device or network
